Is this therapy?
No. I am not a therapist, and this is not talk therapy. Talk therapy works at the level of story. This work reaches beneath it — to the subconscious, where old programming actually lives — so it can be released rather than endlessly revisited. Many women come to me after years of talk therapy, sensing there is a deeper layer still to reach.
What actually happens in a session?
Each session is two spacious hours. We begin by making it safe. From there, using Advanced Matrix Therapies and hypnosis, we work gently with whatever is ready to be released. You remain in the room the whole time — aware, in choice, never pushed anywhere you do not wish to go.
How do I know which package is right?
You do not have to decide alone. Reach out and we can talk it through. As a guide: a single session or The Opening is beautiful for one specific thing; The Blooming — ten sessions — is where the full journey from surviving to thriving happens.
In person or online?
Both. I work with women in person on the Central Coast of NSW, and online with women anywhere. The depth of the work is the same either way.
Do I need to be "ready" or know exactly what's wrong?
No. Most women arrive knowing only that something is missing, and that they have tried everything else. That is enough. You do not need the words for it. We find them together.
